Affiliate Program Management - Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates or influencers - Maintain relationships with existing affiliates and identify new partnership opportunities - Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance and optimize campaigns accordingly. Performance Analysis and Optimization - Track affiliate-driven traffic, conversions, and revenue using analytical tools - Identify trends and optimize campaigns to improve ROI - Provide regular performance reports to management. Campaign Development and Strategy - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotions, discount codes, and content strategies for affiliates - Ensure brand consistency across affiliate channels - Suggest innovative ways to increase affiliate engagement and conversions. Negotiation and Relationship Management - Negotiate commission structures and incentives for affiliates - Ensure affiliates comply with company guidelines and policies. Market Research and Trend Analysis - Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices - Test new affiliate platforms and tools to improve efficiency.
Syarat Pekerjaan
Education and Experience - Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnerships (experience in e-commerce is a plus). Skills and Competencies - Strong analytical skills (Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies) - Communication and negotiation skills (To build strong relationships with affiliates and negotiate deals) - Knowledge of affiliate platforms (Experience with tools like Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, or Partnerize is a plus) - Basic SEO and content marketing knowledge (Understanding of how content and affiliate links drive traffic) - Project management skills (Ability to handle multiple affiliates and campaigns simultaneously) - Data-driven mindset (Familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools)
