- Plan, direct, and control all operations within the service area of the branch in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a cost-effective branch operation and market services to customers by organizing and directing staff in providing in-depth account representation in an effort to meet and/or exceed targeted objectives - Have an experience in selling domestic and international services - Identify new markets and business opportunities - Develop network and cooperation with internal and external parties - Review and analyse sales performance and achievement - Keep abreast with industry development and update of sales systems and ensure all procedures and policies updated

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree, any field - Required skill(s) Selling Skills, Leadership Skill - At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position - Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent - Minimum of three years experience in International/ Domestic Express, Land, Sea, and Air Freight Industry - Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager in Sales Corporate or equivalent - Experience in handling branches operations - Knowledge of express and distribution industry - Good command of English (both written and verbal) - Computer literate on Microsoft Office application - Strong planning, organizing, negotiation, and presentation skill - Applicants must be original Jakarta citizen - Full-Time position(s) available
