Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Male/Female, maximum 35 years old - Minimun 2 years experience in their field or similar background and supervise up to 20 person crew kitchen team - Minimum high school graduate, preferably S1/ Diploma in the field of Culinary Art - Familiar with Indonesian or Western Cuisines/Brunch Menu, preferably who understand both - Mentally and physically healthy. Medical checkup is required if pass the interview - Strong leadership, honest and dicipline
