Platform ini adalah rumah bagi ekspresi kreatif melalui video yang menciptakan pengalaman yang tulus, inspiratif, dan menyenangkan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Roles & Responsibilities: - Assist with sourcing and acquiring creators to support e-commerce content - Identify room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for creators who are willing to create E-Commerce content on TikTok platform - Provide ongoing 1V1/group support and training to creators to improve performance, and study key attributes of successful cases; Building courses/trainings for creators in line with global policies and local strategy - Assist with designing and creating promotion materials or projects for creator growth and development

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Actively enrolled University student - Able to commit for at least 4 days a week for at least 3 months - Strong communication and written skills in English and Bahasa. Ability to speak Mandarin will be a plus - Familiar with different social apps and tools such as WhatsApp/Telegram - Good understanding of content especially in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other content driven platforms - Heavy user of E-commerce platforms - Data driven, strong execution, collaborative, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
