- Be the first point of contact for accounts, supporting and assisting with daily operations for Indonesia clients - Coordinate between internal cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the Kinobi platform - Proactively advise clients on effective Kinobi platform use - Deliver performance reports with actionable insights - Build client relationships, tailor approaches for each contact - Prioritize and drive resolution on escalated customer issues - Responsible for value realization for the B2B SaaS product, ensuring ID clients who use Kinobi succeed in achieving outcomes - Drive increased usage and adoption for the B2B platform, ensuring universities gather as many students as possible into the platform - Activate early renewals, upsell initiatives, and collaborate with sales for smooth renewals - Act as a liaison between product management and customers, emphasizing Kinobi roadmap communication - Deliver QBRs to analyze customer data, derive insights, and develop strategies for client KPIs - Proactively identify upsell opportunities aligned with client needs and our feature/customization services.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field - 1-2 years of experience in customer success or account management in the B2B SaaS industry - Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive customer success - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Familiarity with customer success metrics and how to measure customer success.
