- Create an excellent first impression of the gym by providing a warm welcome, maintaining a tidy appearance, and exhibiting a pleasant manner at all times. - Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and non-clients - Enroll new clients and assist current clients with any inquiries or issues - Greet clients as they arrive at the reception - Answer and screen phone calls or WhatsApp messages, directing them to the manager or trainers as needed - Clearly and accurately explain HUSTLE products, both in-person, WhatsApp, or phone - Address and document client questions, complaints, and requests - Receive and sort packages or other mail-related items - Handle payments and ensure accurate transactions - Maintain inventory of studio supplies and office equipment - Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Male or Female, maximum age 30 years - Interested in working in the fitness industry and in an international environment with both local and foreign teams - Minimum education High School or equivalent (SMA/SMK) - Proficient in both English and Indonesian, both written and spoken - Skilled in using WhatsApp and email - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Attractive appearance - Good communication skills with guests and team members - Preferred candidates with experience in hospitality or relevant education in the field. Personal Attributes - Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude - Professional and approachable demeanor - Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently - Detail-oriented and organized - Adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Eager to learn and grow within the company.
