Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Increase active users and transactional value through retention campaigns - Implement marketing strategies for promotions based on monthly KPIs - Develop and launch retention programs using CRM tools, in-app banners, and website updates - Track and report campaign performance to stakeholders - Manage loyalty programs and collaborate with partners for special rewards.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field - 2-3 years of experience in Marketing CRM - Data-driven, creative, and customer-focused - Proficient in data processing software such as Excel/ Spreadsheet - Experience with Tableau, Stone, Braze, Twilio, or Branch is a plus - Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Quick learner and information seeker - Good command of English
