Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. The Application Support Manager position will involve the following areas of responsibility 2.Oversee all requests, incidents and problems. Acting as a hierarchal point of escalation and co-ordinate response to critical issues raised. 3.Deliver product training plans and documentation for the wider business. 4.Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure stakeholders have a consistent level of prod-uct knowledge. 5. Develop and implement career plans for Product Support staff. 6. Provide comprehensive ad-hoc and monthly reports on Product Support tickets and bugs raised to the in house development teams. 7. Monitor and manage incoming ticket volumes. Identifying trends and deliver on strategies to reduce over- all ticket volumes.

Syarat Pekerjaan

1. Experience managing an IT Support or Application Support team. 2. IT service management experience and IT certification to a minimum of foundation level. 3.Extensive experience in Reporting, Trend Analysis, Problem and Change Management. 4.Experience working with and delivering on strict SLAs. 5. Experience training end users and stakeholders on how to use bespoke applications. 6.Experience in documenting fixes for recurring incidents and requests. 7. Experience working with 3rd party vendors and suppliers.
