Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid prodcut knowledge and all other components of Customer Service before, during and after sales client - Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service. Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building - Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management - Responsible for creating and maintaining a compelling presentation of merchandise that will engage customers and help stimulate sales activity - Remain current in industry news and competitor. Bring ideas and suggestions to the team to improve all possible performance of the different aspects in the store.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Preferred 2 to 5 years of previous expirience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment - Bachelor degree in a related field is a plus - Excellent interpersonal and commnication skills are required - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision - Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends) overnight travel for client events, etc. as needed - Additional language skills are plus - Salary and Bonus (5 - 25mio)
