- Ensure that each client receives outstanding and exceptional customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and ackowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service before, during and after sales client - Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service. Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up abd relationship building - Consistently achieve and /or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management - Responsible for creating and maintaining a compelling presentation of merchandise that will engage customers and help stimulate sales activity - Remain current on industry news and competitor. Bring ideas suggestions to the team to improve all possible performance of the different aspects in the store

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Preffered 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment - Bachelors degree in a related field is a plud - Excellent interpersonal and comunication skills are required - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environtment. Strong attention to detail with the abillity to andle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision - Must avaliable to work retail hours (include weekends), overnight travel for cliend events, ets. as needed - Additional language skills are a plus - Salary and bonus up to 50mio
