Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Coordinate and manage household sched-ules, maintain inventory of household supplies, and handle purchasing or replenishment when needed - Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, finances, and organizing important documents and records - Help with planning, organizing, and managing family events, gatherings, or special occasions and all duties as assigned by Director - Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare detailed travel itineraries - Run personal errands as required, including shopping, pick-ups, drop-offs, etc - Act as a liaison for the employer, manage phone calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely responses and clear communication - Schedule and oversee any maintenance or repairs required for household equipment or property.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Bachelor degree Finance / Business Administration or related fields, Age max 35 years with attractive personality - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (household management or personal assistant experience preferred) - Must have excellent in English (Speaking, Writing and Translation) - Have good skills in English (certified is a plus) both orally and in writing (can listen, speak, read, write) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Able to work independently and take initiative - Enthusiastic and willing to be flexible - Active personality and eager to learn a new things - Honest, hard worker, well organized, attention to detail - Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
