- Support and manage the Directors professional and personal activities to ensure seamless operations. - Take ownership of diverse tasks, adapting to various situations with efficiency and discretion. - Coordinate all arrangements, including client communications, bookings (hotels, flights, etc.), and other personal requirements (medicine, appointments, etc.). - Plan, organize, and maintain detailed schedules, ensuring punctuality and quality execution. - Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, acting as a professional representative of the Director. - Assist in managing confidential matters with the utmost professionalism. - Be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to meet the Director needs.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Female - Maximum age of 30 years old - Minimum of 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant/Personal Secretary - Good looking and single - Bachelor degree in any field a background in secretarial studies is preferred - Flexibility and availability 24/7 to meet dynamic and time-sensitive demands - Willingness to work long hours and travel on short notice - Professional appearance with exceptional manners, exuding confidence and charm - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and diplomatic demeanor
