Established in Jakarta in 2006, PT Karya Bahari Abadi appointed by Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd Japan, as a sole distributor and official distributor of Yamaha Maritime products consisting of Yamaha Outboards, Yamaha Personal Water Craft Wave Runner, Yamaha Genuine Parts, and Yamalube Yamaha Lubricants.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities and Job descriptions : Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Familiar with automotive spare parts, accessories and oli is a must. Detail oriented Understand the flow of SCM (Supply Chain Management) is a must Preferable warehouse automotive background Increase sales of Garmin, YGP and Yamalube Coordinate Sales Process for YGP, Oil, Garmin Marine Coordinate the Purchase Process for YGP, Oil, Garmin Marine Coordinate After Sales service activities to support Sales Make Monthly, Annual and 3 Year Sales Plans Make monthly and yearly purchase plans Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers (YDS-Garmin Marine) Coordinate and negotiate with the customer (Dealers and Fleet owners) Make a Budget and Action Plan / Mid Term Plan Make price policies and terms of sale Check and approve Sales requests and Purchase requests in its section Create and report Monthly, Annual Sales to internal (Board of Directors) and external (YMC-YDS) parties Coordinate with Bag Marketing to increase Sales, especially Garmin, YGP and Yamalube products Fostering good relations with government, community, fishermen, transportation, and fleet owner stakeholders Supervise and control staff and coordinate with other departments Coordinate all subordinates Other tasks assigned by superiors Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any major 5+ years' of sales experience in Automotive is must Preferable Female minimum 35 years old. Passion in marine activities and industries Familiar with automotive spare parts and lube Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative familiar with making reports and using software such as SAP
