Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and package negotiations with candidates. - Design and delivery the assessment tools from preparation until reporting to the manager - Develop and manage employee performance management systems, including creating KPIs and conducting performance reviews. - Maintain employee records, administer payroll and benefits, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. - Handle general administrative tasks such as office supplies, scheduling, and maintaining a productive office environment. -Actively participate in interviews to assess candidate suitability and discuss employment terms. - Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve conflicts, address grievances, and promote a harmonious workplace environment. - Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company goals. - Implement and manage the performance review process, ensuring regular feedback and performance evaluations. - Handle disciplinary actions and employee terminations in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - At least 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role (HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar). - Proven experience as a Senior HR Professional, with expertise beyond recruitment. - Strong skills in HR management, including performance evaluations, KPI development, and employee development. - Solid understanding of employment laws, policies, and compliance. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Ability to identify talent gaps and coordinate efforts to attract and retain top talent. - Understanding payroll processes, including deductions and taxation. -Willing to work in Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
