Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive user and driver growth - Lead efforts to acquire first-time users and attract driver leads through targeted campaigns - Optimize and manage paid channels like Meta, SEM, UAC, and programmatic with third-party data - Hit monthly targets while maintaining CAC and CPL within budget - Coordinate with the Acquisition Team and stakeholders across national and city levels - Review daily performance and adapt strategies based on industry trends.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- 4 plus years of digital marketing experience in e-commerce, tech, or agencies - Expertise in SEM, PPC, social media ad formats, and A/B testing - Proficient with key tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and Appsflyer. - Self-motivated, team player, and fluent in English.
