Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Create innovative marketing ideas and strategies to boost brand awareness. customer acquisition, and loyalty - Oversee all marketing materials (visuals, copy, and messaging) for effective campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution - Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns - Manage daily social media operations (posting, caption creation, and monitoring) - Evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and their impact on engagement - Develop media plans aligned with company objectives - Work closely with internal and external partners to plan and manage social media strategies.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field - 3 years of experience in Marketing Communication / Social Media Management / Content Creation - Strong understanding of marketing trends and principles - Creative, strategic thinker with a keen eye for visuals - Proficient in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, social media management platforms) - Excellent communication skills and passionate with fashion/beauty industry - Ability to work both independently and in a team - Experienced in managing social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and marketing campaigns - Knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production processes - Strong copywriting skills - Fluent in English is a must (Mandarin is a plus).
