Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Assist in menu creation and ingredient sourcing Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including training and performance management.

Syarat Pekerjaan

- Male/Female, maximum 50 years old - Minimun 5 years experience in their field or similar background and supervise up to 20 person crew kitchen team - Minimum high school graduate, preferably S1/ Diploma in the field of Culinary Art - Minimum experience 3 years as a leader kitchen at bustling restaurant/cafe - Familiar with Indonesian or Western Cuisines/Brunch Style Menu, preferably who understand both - Mentally and physically healthy. Medical checkup is required if pass the interview - Strong leadership, honest and dicipline
