Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look, or use them for idea validation purposes - Continuously keep yourself updated on new design trends and changes in the industry standards by conducting industry research on best practices, competitor UI designs, and emerging technologies - Work closely with the QA team to make sure a smooth collaboration during implementation - Develop visual representations of the interactions between the user and the functional modules in the solution - Being in charge of the applications copywriting - Understanding the market, education ecosystem, user and university personnel needs, and having opinions on how the product should evolve, substantiated with data analysis or user research - Growing a design-thinking and research culture within Kinobi
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Hold a minimum Diploma 3 degree in a design-related discipline - Have at least 3 years experience with Figma and Adobe XD, and in professional business communication, encompassing oral presentations, written documents, and executive presentations - Have strong portfolio of professional design work and a basic understanding of coding will be great - Have strong understanding of usability, viability, and feasibility principles - Have consultative mindset and thorough understanding of Asian markets/industries, brands, consumers and trends - A great communicator and empathetic listener, adept at representing patients and coaches needs while considering company, partners, and wider ecosystem stakeholders - A fast learner, able to quickly absorb and make sense of large amounts of competing or contradictory information - Able in leading strategic discussions and workshops, using design and systems thinking to ensure focus and intentionality in all efforts - Visionary, having opinions and ideas about the future of the product and company
